General Terms and ConditionsAll orders are subject to review. We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect is related to fraudulent activity. Any information submitted that does not verify with a customer's financial institutions may cause delays. In the event an order or redemption is in questions, we will send the purchaser an email requesting further corresponce by email and/or phone. If we do not receive a reply within a 24 hour period, the order in question can be cancelled.
Once a Station Casinos gift card is issued online or by mail, it is valid for use at participating hotels, spas, restaurants, gift shops and more. To see a full list of participating Station Casinos locations click here. Although gift cards can be applied to a hotel stay bill, gift cards cannot be used to reserve a room in advance.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used for any gaming purposes, including Bingo.
Redemption of gift cards is limited to two gift cards per Guest per transaction.
Electronic CommunicationsWhen you visit our website, place an order, or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically, and you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on our website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Your consent to enter into this agreement electronically covers current transactions only. Future correspondence relating to other matters (i.e. future orders, redemptions, customer service inquiries and marketing) will require additional consent.
Payment Options and Billing InquiriesAll prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. When we process credit card transactions, we use high security e-commerce technology to encrypt your personal information.
Boarding Pass points may be used to purchase a gift card at 1,000 points per $1. To purchase a gift card using your boarding pass points please visit any Station Casinos or Fiesta Rewards Center.
All purchases made on this site will appear as “Station Casinos” on your credit card statement. If you have a question regarding the charge on your credit card statement, please contact billing at 877.801.4438.
ShippingStation Casinos cannot ship merchant gift cards internationally, to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Station Casinos is not responsible for orders that are not received due to the customer inputting incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Returns and ExchangesStation Casinos gift cards are not exchangeable for cash, cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Lost or Stolen Gift CardsStation Casinos will not replace a gift card that is lost or stolen after being received. If an order has not arrived at the customer's shipping location within 21 days of the shipment date, Station Casinos may cancel and replace the order after review and investigation of the current balance on the lost gift gift card.
Station Casinos will not be responsible for gift cards that are undeliverable or not received due to the purchaser or recipient's failure to enter accurate delivery information, including physical and email addresses, or when 45 days have passed since Station Casinos shipped the gift card(s).
